TransLink is Metro Vancouver's transportation agency. Here are some videos I produced as a creator.

Mark V (new SkyTrain) - a parody of What is This Feeling from Wicked

When TransLink launched the new Mark V SkyTrain, I produced, directed, and edited this parody music video that promoted the new train, and helped make its stick.

 

The public "ate it". The video got at least 300,000 views across all social media platforms, and was aired in Global and CTV News who called it a "wicked" video.

Taylor Swift The Eras Tour

As a long-time Swiftie, creating Taylor Swift-related content for TransLink was truly a dream I didn't know I had. I got to play my guitar on transit and sing on the West Coast Express along with fellow Swifties.

During the concert week, TransLink's Instagram account got over 1.4 million impressions, all organically with no paid ads.

YouTube videos

I don’t just work on short-form content, I love creating long-form pieces too! I’m hands-on throughout the whole process, from brainstorming ideas to filming, interviewing, editing, creating thumbnails, writing titles, and promoting across social media channels.

Animated videos

With Canadian pride more prevalent than ever, we were tasked to produce a video entirely in house. Here's that video which showcases the Canadian way to transit.​

 

I led its production from conceptualizing, pitching, producing, directing, and animating.

​

With no available footage and an urgent deadline looming, I made my first fully animated video, turned around in a week.

parissa 

Parissa is one of the top depilatory companies in North America. During their brand refresh in 2020, I was the main creative planning and executing the digital assets creation.

​

Video projects include creating How-To videos for each Product Description Page (PDP), and creating the hero video for the homepage.

​

My work involved scouting for models, location, equipment, storyboarding, organizing schedule, executing the shoot itself, and editing the videos.

IxL is a yearly interactive event at BCIT that runs for 8 hours, featuring talks from professionals from different fields.

net zero co. youtube ad 

The goal of this video is to promote Net Zero's Baker's Bundle by showing the side-by-side comparison between using a reusable vs. a disposable.

 

We aim to overcome people's low attention span and urge to skip ads by introducing a unique character.

With people's resistance to ads, these videos aim to showcase the products and retain viewership by removing the high picture quality commonly found in most ads, and instead shoot with a mobile phone like most people on social media would.

fraser valley bandits

During the Canadian Elite Basketball League's first season in 2019, we collaborated on an interview project with BC's local team, Fraser Valley Bandits. We interviewed two of the team's starting players - Tyrrel Tate and Marek Klassen.

For my first-ever wedding video project in 2021, we did a full wedding day shoot that lasted for 10 hours.
